JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Concrete Production Team Member

Requirements: A diploma from high school or its broad equivalent (GED). basic measurement and math abilities, as well as familiarity with a range of hand, power, and measurement instruments. Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity for teamwork are essential. Experience with concrete or building is advantageous but not necessary. Having experience interpreting blueprints is a benefit. Must possess a strong work ethic, a drive to produce high-quality work, and a keen awareness of safety.

Carpenter

Requirements: Prior carpentry, cabinet-making, construction, or framing experience; proficiency with operating machinery safely; familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints; proficiency with basic math and the ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch; demonstrated proficiency with using handheld power tools and carpentry to build structures; dedication to working in a team-focused environment; and a strong work ethic with a passion for producing high-quality work with the highest level of safety.

Truck Driver

Requirements: Must possess a Class A-CDL and have at least two (2) years of experience driving flatbed trailers. must satisfy DOT specifications. stable timetables and local hauls There will be some overnight stays necessary. Must be able to collaborate effectively and support the company's safety-first culture. Must have a steady work history, direct experience tying down loads, the willingness and aptitude to solve problems, and the drive to continually grow.

Finisher

Requirements: Preferably have a high school diploma or general equivalent (GED); alternatively, have completed one to three months of comparable training or experience. Ability to operate independently or as part of a team, communicate clearly and effectively, and pay attention to and be accurate. Must have a good work ethic, be extremely reliable, be able to utilize common construction tools, and be flexible with regard to work schedules, duties, or procedures.

Drafter/CAD Tech/BIM Modeler

Requirements: Associate's degree with coursework in computer-aided design in design, architecture, or a related field (CAD). A minimum of two years of drafting expertise Revit, BeamWiz, TeeWiz, and AutoCAD knowledge are plusses. To properly produce detailed computerized (CAD) working plans from data, one must be able to read blueprints and drawings.

Estimator

Requirements: Associate's degree or a comparable mix of education and training. a minimum of one to three years of relevant experience

Project Manager/Design Engineer

Requirements: Engineering, building, or business degree from a four-year institution, or equivalent work experience three to five years, or longer, with exposure to operations and/or engineering.
